6-story red brick university building completed in 1941. Designed by Hyman Issac Feldman as an apartment building, it is clad in red brick. The mass of the building is split into two 5-bay wings by a deep light court that also serves as the recessed entrance. The first floor has horizontal brick banding. On the upper floors, the two innermost bays are framed by vertical protruding brick lines. Each bay has a paired casement window, with a paneled brick parapet at the roof line. The inner side walls of the light court have red-painted fire escapes.

The building was acquired by NYU in 1965 for student housing; it is now used for faculty housing.
