5-story residential building completed around 1900. It is clad in dark brown brick with flat stone lintels over the windows. The West Broadway facade spans six bays, with three on Grand Street. There is a wide space between the two southern bays on West Broadway, with a tall vertical billboard attached between them. The ground floor is framed by cast-iron end pilasters and rounded columns that are fluted at their midsections. A fire escape covers the center of the West Broadway side, which also has a brown modillioned metal roof cornice. The ground floor is occupied by Felix Restaurant and Bar, and features round columns between the windows.
