4-story residential building completed in 1829 as a 3.5-story dwelling. It was raised to four full foors between 1876-1885, when the facade was also altered, with the red brick painted pink. The building is topped by a bracketed metal roof cornice and has an iron fire escape running down the left two-thirds of the facade. The ground floor is occupied by Carre d'Artistes art gallery.
