5-story Renaissance-revival residential building completed in 1889. Designed by Charles Stegmayer as a tenement, it is clad in beige-yellow brick, four bays wide. There are scalloped round-arches over the 2nd-floor windows, and the top floor windows themselves are round-arched, sitting above a stone cornice and with carved swag above the outer two. There are carved terra-cotta panels between the 3rd floor windows, and below those on the 4th floor, which have scrolled keystones adjoining the base of the stone cornice. An iron fire escape runs down the center of the facade, which is crowned by a modillioned metal roof cornice, the center of which extends down to meet the two center top-floor windows. The ground floor is occupied by Native Leather.
