4-story Italianate residential building completed in 1848 as a row house with ground-floor store for Mahlon S. Clark. It is clad in red brick, three bays wide, with red stone lintels and metal cornices over the windows. The roof has a modillioned metal cornice, and a rust-red fire escape with basket-style landings runs down the right two-thirds of the facade. The ground floor is occupied by Porto Rico Coffee.
