7-story Renaissance-revival residential building completed in 1900. Designed by Michael Bernstein as a tenement, it is clad in beige brick and stone. On the 2nd floor the wide outer windows have rounded corners, and the center window is round-arched and set within a carved stone frame. The windows above are regularly-spaced, with segmental-arches on the 3rd floor and round-arches on the 6th floor. A black iron fire escape runs down the center of the facade, which is crowned by a black metal roof cornice. The stoop was removed and the entrance relocated to the first story in 1939. The ground floor is occupied by Percy's Pizza, and Indian Creperie.
