6-story Neo-Medieval residential building completed in 1928. Designed by Allan B. Bates, it is clad in reddish-brown brick. The windows have stone sills and brick headers. There is an orange band course around the base of the top floor, and a simple parapet with stone coping at the roof line. The MacDougal side has a metal fire escape. The ground floor is occupied by Fukurou restarant, CB's Comedy Club, and McCoy restaurant. The building housed a funeral home from the 1940s to the 1970s.
