There is an orange band course around the base of the top floor, and a simple parapet with stone coping at the roof line. The MacDougal side has a metal fire escape. The ground floor is occupied by Fukurou restarant, CB's Comedy Club, and McCoy restaurant. The building housed a funeral home from the 1940s to the 1970s.
