3-story Federal/Greek-revival-style residential building originally completed in 1829 as a 1-story house. The 2nd floor was added in 1869, and the third around 1906. It is clad in yellow brick, three bays wide, with red brick window enframements and roof parapet, and operated as a theater at one point. The ground floor is now occupied by Indian Taj restaurant.
