5-story Queen Anne-style residential building completed in 1887. Designed by Alex T. Finkle as a tenement, it is clad in red brick. The four bays of windows have joined tan stone lintels and corbelling in the brick spandrels between floors. The black metal fire escape with rounded corners on the landings was added in 1939. The ground floor is occupied by the Village Tannery.
