5-story Queen Anne-style residential building completed in 1887. Designed by Alex T. Finkle as a tenement, it is clad in red brick. The fire escapes were added in 1939. On the longer Sullivan Street elevation, there are four plain projecting brick piers; in the center two more piers are split by windows and have narrow banded sub-piers at the 2nd-3rd floors. These narrow sub-piers are capped by Corinthia capitals at the 3rd floor. In between these two piers are two bays off windows that are both offset to different degrees between each floor.
The black metal roof cornice has carved swag in the fascia board. The ground floor is occupied by 206 Lounge & Bar, flower shop, palm and tarot card reader, and Finest Deli.
