6-story Greek-revival residential building completed in 1836 as a 4-story rowhouse. It was raised to 6 floors in 1861. The facade is clad in reddish-brown brick, painted blue on the ground floor. The 2nd floor has large casement windows on the Bleecker Street end. The long side along Sullivan Street has a wide iron fire escape, and both facades are topped by a simple metal roof cornice. The ground floor is occupied by Salan de Tapas Cafe Espanol and Bamboleo Mexican Cafe.
