5-story Greek-revival residential building completed in 1835. The facade was stuccoed in 1936, now painted brown. It has three bays on Bleecker Street, with the western one further offset. The Sullivan Street elevation has bays of varying window sizes, and two black metal fire escapes. A metal box vent also extends up the facade to the roof line, which has a stone coping and extensions of the piers, also with stone copings. Metal railings span between each pier extension. The ground floor is occupied by Thunder Jackson's Urban Roadhouse.
