5-story Neo-Grec residential building completed in 1886. Designed by John B. Snook as a tenement, it is clad in dark red brick above a metal and wood-paneled ground floor. The four bays of upper floors windows have connected flat stone lintels. A metal fire escape runs down the center of the facade, which is topped by a black metal roof cornice. The ground floor is occupied by The Village Lantern restaurant & lounge.
