6-story residential building completed in 1838 as a single-family row house. By 1887 it had become a tenement housing 11 families. It is clad in red brick on the upper floors, with white stucco on the lower two floors. The three bays of upper floors windows have stone sills and eared lintels with metal cornices. A black metal fire escape runs down the center of the facade, which is topped by a brick parapet with three vertically extending sections. The ground floor is occupied by Fiore's Pizza
