5-story Greek-revival residential building completed in about 1852. The 3-bay brick facade was altered in 1937, and is painted beige on the ground floor, and off-white above. The windows have red-painted stone sills and metal cornices. A metal fire escape runs down the left two-thirds of the facade, which is capped by a red-painted roof cornice with modillions and dentils.
