Three joined 5-story Greek-revival residential buildings completed in 1858 and later redesigned by Thomas Williams, the three buildings had storefronts installed in 1906, but then removed when they were combined in 1930 by new owners as a small apartment complex. The unified facade, spanning 12 bays across, has a concrete ground floor, scored to resemble stone and painted tan, with red brick on the upper floors. The windows have concrete sills and lintels, and there are several white-painted metal fire escapes. The building is topped by a white modillioned roof cornice.
