5-story Romanesque-revival residential building completed in 1895. Designed by Henry Gilvarry, it has a modern concrete and glass ground floor, with red brick on the upper floors. The six bays of windows have brick headers and connected stone sills forming thin band courses at each floor. A pair of white-painted iron fire escapes, one narrow and one wider, adorn the facade, which is topped by a corbelled brick cornice.
