The windows on each floors are organized into a single on each end, with a double window in the center and a smaller narrow windows on either side. The windows have stone lintels, some of which are splayed with scrolled keystones. The left-side narrow windows have all been bricked-in. There is a dentiled band course at the bottom of the top floor, which has horizontal banding, and is crowned by a projecting black metal roof cornice. An ornate black iron fire escape runs down the center of the facade. The ground floor is occupied by Sullivan Street Tea & Spice Company.
