4.5-story residential building originally completed in 1879 as separate tenement buildings, designed by Charles Sturtzkober. They were combined and altered to a design by Harry Silverman in 1956, now clad in red brick. The windows have white stone sills and flat lintels. Two of the original windows on the Sullivan side have been replaced with smaller ones, and one window has been shortened on the 3rd Street side, as evidenced by the replacement brick around them. Both facades have a black iron fire escape. The ground floor is occupied by Triona's Irish Pub, Shade bar and restaurant, and Baburchi Indian restaurant.
