5-story Renaissance-revival residential building completed in 1891. Designed by James W. Cole, it is clad in orange-red brick with eared brownstone lintels over the windows. There is a bracketed metal cornice over the ground floor, and a larger metal roof cornice with brackets, dentils and decorative fascia board. The exposed south wall is clad in plain brown brick. The ground floor is occupied by Chun Hong accupressure/massage therapy, and Tech Squad computer repair.
