6-story Romaneque/Renaissance-revival cooperative-apartment building completed in 1903. Designed by Bernstein & Bernstein as a tenement, it has a ground-level storefront capped by a large cast-iron cornice with floral patterns. The upper floors are clad in red brick, with some of the window bays framed in white brick. These are capped by rounded pediments on the 3rd floor, and triangular pediments on the 5th floor. There are stone band courses across the tops of the 3rd & 5th floors. The other windows have splayed stone lintels with keystones. On the top floor there is horizontal stone banding and no ornamentation around the windows. The entire south bay on the Thompson Street facade has been bricked-in.

Both facades have an ornate wrought-iron fire escape, and the roof line is marked by a prominent modillioned metal roof cornice. The building has 33 units. M&O Market is located on the corner of the ground floor.
