6-story Renaissance-revival residential building completed in 1906. Designed by Horenburger & Straub as a store and tenement building, it is clad in grey-brown brick with quoins at the corners. The windows have flat stone lintels and connected sills; they are organized into a double unit in the center with a narrow window on either side, flanked by single windows. The top floor has round-arched windows, and the southern bay of narrow windows has been bricked-in. A metal fire escape running down the center of the facade has recently been painted bright red; the original roof cornice has been removed. The ground floor is occupied by CM Printing & Design.
