7-story Renaissance-revival mercantile building completed in 1894. Designed by Neville & Bagge as a store-and-loft building, it is clad in tan brick with white stone banding on the 2nd floor outer piers. The rest of the 2nd floor has a red-painted cast-iron facade with a dentiled cornice. Floors 3-4 and 5-6 each have a stone enframement around the three bays of windows, with a red corbelled cornice above the 6th floor. The top floor has four round-arched windows, and is crowned by a red-painted metal roof cornice. A red metal fire escape runs down the facade. The ground floor is occupied by American Two Shot gallery/boutique/coffee bar.
