12-story residential building completed in 1912. Designed by Charles B. Meyers as an office building, it was renovated into condominiums in 2001. Both facades are clad in salmon-painted stone on the 2-story base, and tan brick above. The Centre Street elevation has four bays of triple-windows, with a double-window bay at the south end, and the Grand Street elevation has a triple-window bay in the center, flanked by two double-window bays. The 2nd floor has large segmental-arches with green metal mullions separating the window panes, and wrought-iron railings in front of the lower portion of the windows. A stone cornice caps the base.

The upper floors also have green mullions, and white stone sills connecting the windows within each bay. Both facades are topped by a rust red metal roof cornice with modillions and dentils. The eastern elevation facing Centre Street has a green metal fire escape with round corners. The ground floor is occupied by Puro Chile wine.
