4-story residential building completed in 1868. Designed by William H. Hume. In 1879-80 the rear wall was removed and the building was connected to the newly constructed building at 310 Canal Street. It is clad in red brick, with a grey metal roof cornice with brackets and modillions. The ground floor is occupied by a gift shop.
