160-foot, 11-story Neo-Classical residential building completed in 1912 as a printing house. Designed by Frank H. Quinby for T.W. & C.B. Sheridan Co., it has a 2-story rusticated limestone base on granite plinths, and buff-colored brick upper floors. It has nine bays on Lafayette Street, with the two end bays being narrower, and an extra-wide central bay on Crosby flanked by two smaller bays on each side. The base is capped by a cornice, and there are string courses above the 3rd and 9th floors. On Crosby, the three center bays have carved panels with diamond shapes in the spandrels, as do all the bays on Lafayette except for the end bays. Both main facades are crowned by a broad dentiled roof cornice.

The southern facade is clad in red brick, with wide windows bays and white-painted stone lintels. The eastern elevation has been faced in bright white-painted blocks, with two columns of windows on the upper floors, near the front and rear. Converted to residential in 2004, it has 27 condominium units.
