5-story Queen Anne-style residential building completed in 1887. Designed by Alex T. Finkle as a tenement, it is clad in red brick. The four bays of windows have joined tan stone lintels. The black iron fire escape with rounded corners on the landings was added in 1939. The ground floor is occupied by Reminescent Art, and Village tattoo parlor.
