6-story residential building completed in 1890. The facade is clad in variegated grey/tan brick above a ground floor of black stone, metal, and glass with two storefronts. The upper floors have four bays of double-windows with one larger pane, and a narrower, stacked 2-over-1 pane. Metal air-conditioning vents are cut below each bay, and a brown metal fire escape has full-width landings across each floor. The ground floor is occupied by Toasties Bagel Cafe, and Counter & Bodega restaurant.
