6-story Beaux-arts residential building completed in 1904. Designed by Sass & Smallheiser as a tenement for 25 families. The upper floors are clad in dark red brick, with heavy white stone quoins, splayed lintels, and arches. The banded bays are projected slightly forward. There is a black iron fire escape on both main facades, which also have black roof cornices.

The ground floor is brightly painted yellow, and was formerly occupied by Magic Smile teeth whitening, Ciao Caffe wine bar, and Slane Public House Irish bar. It is now only home to Beatnic Vegan Restaurant which was known as By Chloe.
