Natural-gas-fired power plant consisting of five combustion turbine generators with a combined capacity of 815 megawatts. It is a "peaking" plant and generally runs only during high demand periods. Built by a subsidiary of Dynegy Corporation, the facility became operational in July 2003 and was acquired by Tenaska in 2008.
