Four 3-story residential buildings completed around the same time in the late 1800s. They are clad in shades of red brick, three windows wide, with ground-floor storefronts. The windows of Nos. 96 & 98 have large metal cornices. At the roof lines, the three northern buildings have bracketed cornices. That of No. 96 also has foliate carvings in the fascia board. The cornice at No. 94 has been replaced by a brick parapet with stone coping. The ground floors are occupied by Pay-O-Matic check cashing, La Taza D'Oro restaurant, Mezzaluna pizza, and 100 Eight Avenue Deli & Grocery.
