To the west the ground floor has three large square openings filled by a grid of bricks, and then a service entrance with a metal gate. To the east are three more brick grids and an entrance to the parking garage.

The upper floors have ten bays of tripartite windows, some wider than others, with stone sills, and below are large, black metal air-conditioning vents. The building contains 71 apartment units.
