4-story mixed-use building completed sometime in the late 1800s. It is clad in beige brick above a ground floor with two metal, stone, and glass storefronts, with the entrance to the upper floors in between them, with a glass door. The 2nd floor has two large studio windows, both four panes wide, with short transom panes. The top two floors, containing apartments, have six bays of single-windows. A black metal fire escape runs down the middle of the facade, which is capped by a simple metal coping. The ground floor is occupied by Popeye's Chicken, and Earth Cleaners, with Emagen Dental on the 2nd floor.
