5-story Queen Anne-style residential building completed in 1886. Designed by John Miller as a tenement, it is clad in dark red brick, three bays wide. The piers slightly project forward, beginning at the ground floor with the outer piers, and at the top of the 2nd floor with the inner piers. The 2nd-floor windows have stone lintels with rounded end-corners; the 3rd floor has segmental-arched brick headers with keystones; the 4th floor has round-arches with fan patterns above the windows, and the 5th floor has curved brick headers without keystones. A black metal fire escape runs down the right two-thirds of the facade, which is crowned by a decorative roof cornice that flows up to a peak. The ground floor is occupied by Freshco Tex-Mex restaurant.
