189-foot, 18-story office building completed in 1930. Designed by Henry I. Oser, it is six bays wide, clad in buff-colored brick above a ground floor of stone, metal and glass. The entrance takes up two full bays, will glass infill framed by polished black granite. A white metal and brass panel divides the entrance horizontally, with a revolving door, regular door, and service door in the lower half. To either side are storefronts of stainless steel and plate-glass. The edges of the base are limestone, and it is capped by a limestone band course.
The upper floors have uninterrupted brick piers and triple-windows in each bay, divided by black iron mullions; each window group has a simple stone sill. The facade is dotted by protruding air-conditioning units. The two easternmost bays set back above the 7th floor, with the two western bays extending up to the 9th floor before setting back, creating the effect of a projecting end tower. The setbacks are marked by cast-stone capitals on the piers and stone coping at each bay. The east section sets back again above the 8th floor, and the full facade set backs above the 10th floor, where the sides of the west section are angled back. This grouping of setbacks repeats at the 11th-13th floor, creating a second small projecting tower at the west, this time topped by an extra setback at the 15th floor, also with angled sides and a single band of three windows. Above, the east section (retaining the bays of triple-windows) rises to a final setback above the 17th floor to the lower roof, while the west sections extends straight to the upper roof line (with three smaller bays of paired windows).
The west elevation is clad in reddish-brown brick with five bays of triple-windows; the center one has much smaller windows flanking the middle window at each floor. The ground floor is occupied by OMEscape escape room, and Coexist Gamehouse.
