The deactivated Launch Facility for an Atlas F Intercontinental Ballistic Missile. The missile was manned by the 578th Strategic Missile Squadron which was activated July 1 1961, went on alert November 15 1962, started going off alert December 1 1964, and was inactivated March 25 1965. The 578th was stationed at Dyess AFB.
