Tulsa, Oklahoma

USA / Oklahoma / Tulsa /
 city, county seat

Oklahoma's second-largest city with 382,000 people in its city limits, is a vibrant middle-sized American city with an energy all its own. Unique, just like Oklahoma itself, Tulsa is set to grow and absorb more people and become an economic hub for the
entire Southwest.

The one thing that sets Tulsa apart from other cities is the size and quality of its philanthropy. Philbrook and Gilcrease Museums have wonderful collections! At any one time, Gilcrease has only 5% of its works on display, which is free and open to the public. Except for the big museums in New York and Washington, D.C., none rival Gilcrease!--Dr. Larry J. • What are you talking about? Vision 2025 has this city turning around. Tulsa has a diverse economy, a growing population, and the metropolitan area is attracting people in from Kansas, North and South Dakota because it offers so much. The downtown is booming, the new 240 million dollar arena being built, new job creation, and now we are looking at a surplus of jobs since the national reccesion in 2001. Tulsa is doing very well. If your looking to move to Tulsa, you will not be dissapointed. Don't judge a city by someone's opinion. Judge it by the statistics. And Tulsa's statistics are doing very well. Tulsa is a great mid-sized city.
