6-story residential building completed in 1950. It is clad in variegated beige brick. The entrance is at the south end of the ground floor, with a door and sidelight in a surround of polished red granite. To the right is a triple-window with a small basement areaway in front, and a secondary door. The upper floors have two bays of triple-windows in black metal framing, with a fire escape in the middle. At the top there are two small round windows, and a stone coping topping the brick roof parapet.
