5-story residential building completed in the late 1800s. It is clad in red brick. The ground floor is black stone, with a storefront at the east end. The east end of the 2nd floor also has a black stone section, with three large windows on the north facade and four on the east facade, with the middle two paired together.

The upper floors on the east facade have three bays of single-windows, shorter at each floor, with light-tan stone surrounds that have curved tops. The upper floors on the north facade have a matching single-window at the east end, then two more flanking a smaller window (although the eastern one at each floor has been bricked in, and there is no opening at the 2nd floor, next to the black stone section), followed by two more widely-spaced windows. Part of the north facade is covered by a black iron fire escape, and both facades are crowned by a black metal roof cornice with console brackets, modillions, and panels.

There is a 2-story addition at the west end, also clad in brick, with three smaller windows at the 2nd floor, and a commercial space on the ground floor. This section is topped by a stepped brick parapet with stone copings. The ground floor is occupied by Jazba restaurant, and Room 207 speakeasy bar.
