4-story Italianate residential building completed sometime in the mid-1800s. It is clad in white-painted brick above a black stone ground floor that was altered with a modern glass-and-metal storefront (with glass double-doors between plate-glass show-windows), and a residential entrance on the left with a black metal-and-glass door.

The upper floors have three bays of single-windows with bracketed black stone sills on the two upper floors. The facade is crowned by a black metal roof cornice with brackets, modillions, dentils, and panels.
