5-story commercial building completed sometime in the late 1800s. It is now faced in grey stucco. At the ground floor one of the original, thin cast-iron pilasters survives on the south end, fluted at the bottom and with Renaissance ornament and a rosettes at the top. There are metal-framed glass double-doors on the left, and a storefront on the right. Both are topped by a short window.

The upper floors have three bays of single-windows with brick sills, shorter on the 2nd & 4th floors. A weathered metal cornice marks the roof line, with the roof sloping to a peak at its mid-point. There are no openings on the north elevation. The ground floor is occupied by Sweet Sour candy shop.
