3-story commercial building completed sometime in the mid-late 1800s. It is clad in grey-painted brick above a purple-painted stone, metal, and glass storefront on the ground floor. The upper floors on the west facade have three bays of single-windows with white stone sills and lintels and a white metal roof cornice. The upper floors on the north facade have only two single-windows on the 3rd floor.

Behind the main building is a 1-story extension of the storefront, also painted purple. Behind that, a 2-story addition is clad in lighter purple-painted stucco. The ground floor here has a plate-glass window on the right, next to a glass door, a small window in the middle, and then a black metal service door, and another glass door next to a smaller show-window. The 2nd floor has six single-windows, the eastern two larger. There are two black metal roof cornices, the one over the eastern third set slightly higher and with dentils.

The ground floor is occupied by AWOL bar, with the 2-story addition occupied by Gramercy Rehearsal Studios, and Gramercy Pet Groomers.
