4-story residential building completed in 1911. It is clad in beige-painted brick above a white stone ground floor with a black metal-and-glass storefront on the left. The residential entrance is on the right, recessed in an arch atop three marble steps, with a metal-framed glass door and sidelight.

The upper floors have four bays of single-windows with simple stone sills and iron lintels arched on the bottoms. A dark-red iron fire escape runs down the middle two bays of the facade, which is crowned by a dark-brown metal roof cornice with console brackets and panels. The ground floor is occupied by Flavor's House.
