4-story residential building completed sometime in the late 1800s. It is clad in dark-grey painted brick above a ground floor with stone tile and glass storefronts framing a central entrance with a wood-and-glass door between black cast-iron pilasters and below a panel with a roundel.

The upper floors have two narrow single-windows paired together in the middle, and larger single-window to each side. They have simple, black stone sills and lintels. A black iron fire escape runs down the middle of the facade, which is crowned by a black wooden roof cornice, broken in the middle to allow the fire escape to pass through, with narrow brackets. The ground floor is occupied by La Vera Pizza, and So Gong Dong Korean BBQ.
