4-story residential building originally completed sometime around the 1870s. It is clad in parged and grey-painted brick above a ground floor with a black glazed brick storefront at the west end, a black-painted brick section at the middle of the north facade, and a smaller, white glazed brick storefront at the east end. The main entrance is at the east end of the black-painted brick section in the middle, with a glass door. The upper floors have two joined double-windows at the east end, a double-window separated by a thick black metal mullion from a single-window opening (which has been partially filled in at each floor and now has a smaller window) at the middle, and a band of six windows with upper transom panes at the west end. A black wooden roof cornice caps the facade.

The upper floors of the west facade on the avenue have two double-window bays joined by a black metal panel. The roof cornice continues onto this elevation as well. The ground floor is occupied by Wingstop in both storefronts.
