4-story residential building completed sometime around 1860. It is clad in parged and white-painted brick above a stuccoed ground floor painted dark-yellow. There is a black metal-and-glass storefront on the right, and a residential entrance on the left with a glass door. The upper floors have three bays of single-windows; those on the top two floors have simple stone sills and projecting lintels. The facade is crowned by a black wooden roof cornice with large modillions. The ground floor is occupied by Popeye's Chicken.
