7-story cooperative-apartment building completed in 1929. The facades are clad in reddish-brown brick, with projecting brick piers along the lower two floors. The main entrance is left of center on the south facade, framed by two of the projecting piers, with a glass door and sidelights below a rounded, green vinyl canopy. To the east are two double-windows (fronted by a basement areaway enclosed by an iron cage fence), a metal door, two more double-windows, and another metal service door. To the west is a glass door paired with a window, and a wide plate-glass show-window. The upper floors have a central triple-window bay, with a single-window and two double-windows to either side. A rust-colored metal fire escape runs down the middle of the facade, and there is an extension of the roof parapet upward at the 2nd & 3rd bays from the west, with two small double-windows.

The west facade on the avenue more commercial storefronts and metal doors on the ground floor. The upper floors have three triple-window bays to the north, and a narrow double-window at the south end. There is also another fire escape over the northern bays.

The building was converted to a co-op in 1988, with 50 residential apartments and 16 professional condos on the ground floor, 2nd floor, and lower levels. The ground floor is occupied by a Subway sandwiches, Bao Bao Cafe, Lex Hemp Convenience Store, and Yi Fang Taiwan Fruit Tea.
