6-story Art-Deco residential building completed in 1939. It is clad in brown ironspot brick, with a central light well and brick quoins at the corners above the ground floor. The front light well creates an entry courtyard, at the rear of which is a small set of steps and an impressive wood-and-glass door framed by fluted wood pilasters below a curved wooden broken pediment that is flanked by a pair of wall lanterns and a pair of small round windows. Above the entrance the upper floors have two bays of double-windows, and there is brick banding on the top floor. There are two single-windows on the inward-facing sidewalls of the light well at each floor, with a fire escape on the northern wall.

The north wing is wider than the south, with nine bays of single-windows compared to six bays at the south wing. At both wings the windows in the end bays are a little wider, and many of the bays have short, low basement windows at the sidewalk level. These have geometric iron grilles, while all other windows have stone sills and brick lintels. There is a rounded stone sill course running across the base of the 2nd floor, and another at the 6th floor. Both wings have a metal fire escape, and the middle windows on both wings are round-arched at the top floor. At the roof lines, the middle section of both wings is stepped up and peaked, with a brick roundel featuring the four cardinal points in stone. The round-arched windows also have white stone imposts and keystones.

There are no windows on the exposed upper floors of the south facade. The building contains 77 apartment units.
