7-story cooperative-apartment building completed in 1960. Designed by Leo Stillman, it is clad in ironspot red brick. The main entrance near the center has a white marble surround with wood-and-glass double-doors below a pointed, black canvas canopy extending out over the sidewalk. Low brick walls with stone copings extend to either side in front of the facade, with an iron gate on either side of the entrance. The ground floor has four double-windows to the east of the entrance, and two to the west, with a garage door at the west end.

The upper floors have eight bays of double-windows, many with air-conditioning vents below them. Two black metal fire escapes run down the facade, which is topped by a brick parapet and black metal coping.

The east elevation is clad in lighter brick, and has three bays of small single-windows. The building contains 62 apartments.
