5-story Neo-Grec residential building completed in 1870. It is clad in brownstone above a ground floor with a metal-and-glass storefront with four French windows in the middle, a wood-and-glass door at the left, and the residential entrance to the right with another wood-framed glass door.

The upper floors have four bays of single-windows with full stone enframements including bracketed sills and thin cornices. A brown iron fire escape runs down the middle two bays of the facade, which is crowned by a metal roof cornice with brackets, modillions, and panels. The ground floor is occupied by Sundays Well bar.
